Return Policy

All returns / exchanges must be made within 30 days of receipt of merchandise. Merchandise must be in its original condition, including original packaging, warranty cards, manuals, and accessories. Customers will receive a full refund less shipping and handling and less a 20% restocking fee. Shipping costs are non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed or returned packages, unless we made an error. Consumable products (such as creams, lipsticks, dietary supplements, or any other product that can be depleted) are not returnable once they are opened.

In the unlikely situation that you receive an item that is damaged during shipping a RMA Request must be made within two (2) business days. If the claim is made within two business days and we conclude the damage is the result of shipping we will retrieve the merchandise and exchange it at our expense. In some cases we may provide instructions and a prepaid return shipping label for customer drop off at the nearest UPS Store or Post Office.

In order for you to return merchandise, you must obtain an RMA number and shipping instructions from our returns processing department. RMA requests are only honored if received within 10 days of the receipt of the order. We must receive returns within 30 days of the date of issue of the RMA number.

No returns will be accepted without our prior authorization.

Once your order is returned with all of the proper information, we will credit your credit card account (less any restocking or shipping fees) and notify you.
