Questions About An Order:Status of An Order: You will receive email confirmations when your order is shipped. Please use our online Check Order Status system to check the current status of an order. Most orders arrive within 7 business days. Please allow two weeks for your product to arrive before contacting customer service.
Returns: Please review our Purchase Policy for information about canceling or returning an order. In order for you to return merchandise, you must obtain an RMA number and shipping instructions from our returns processing department. RMA requests are only honored if received within 10 days of the receipt of the order. We must receive returns within 30 days of the date of issue of the RMA number.
